A neat and tidy two bedroom downstairs unit is perfect for small families and couples. Offering a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area.

Main bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with two singles. There is a fully fenced yard for the kids to play safely and a BBQ for your enjoyment.

The location of the unit really couldn't get any better! You are only a one minute walk to the Vincentia Shopping Village which has a Coles supermarket and a variety of specialty stores.

Only minutes from the world renowned Hyams Beach and the very special Booderee National Park, as well as the neighbouring town of Huskisson where you can find many trendy cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique shopping.

There are a range of local activities to experience like dolphin and whale watching, scuba diving, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating and bike hire.

Blankets and pillows are provided for all beds and this property does not provides linen you will need to bring it with you. Linen is sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and bath mats.

Please note: Upstairs is the owners private holiday home and will be vacant during your stay.

Garage not included. Off street parking available.

The location was good for getting to the shops. Not the prettiest location though. Wifi and bedside tables with lamps would have been beneficial. Power points were in very inconvenient positions. The lounge had to be moved to plug in the lamp and then you couldn't reach the switch. There weren't bedside PowerPoints Bedheads behind single beds weren't attached so banged against the wall anytime you turned over . It was clean and with a few tweaks is fine for a short stay.
