Bear Necessities offers everything you need for a great mountain vacation! This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condominium is located in Trillium Links and Lake Club, convenient to both Cashiers and Lake Glenville. While staying in this Trillium home, you and your family can enjoy the amenities the club offers during your stay. The back deck has a gas grill, a swing, a gas stone fireplace and plenty of seating for your entire family. The living room has a large couch, two chairs and a TV with Youtube TV and high speed internet service. The kitchen and dining room are a shared space with the living room. The kitchen has a bar seating area for 3 people and is equipped with an oven, an electric stovetop, a microwave, a toaster and a dishwasher. The master bedroom is located on the main level and has a king bed. The master bathroom has a jetted tub, a walk-in shower and dual sinks. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and sink. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds and a shared bathroom that has a walk-in shower and a sink. The home has an additional loft area where guests can enjoy a seating area, a TV, a set of bunk beds and a trundle bed. A Trillium membership will allow you access to amenities including golf, a well-equipped fitness facility, outdoor swimming pool, tennis and more. Reservations for club amenities may not be made more than a week prior to the date you wish to reserve. The membership fee is included in the total amount given, but can be removed at your request if you wish not to participate in such amenities.
Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.

Nice location. Bed sheets were not cleaned (urine stains) and needed a lot of bleaching. Very noisy neighbors impaired our experience. Overall, facility was functional but not up to expectations for price charged.

We loved our time at Bear Necessities. Perfect location for clubhouse, pool and walks. Close to downtown cashiers. Photos were very accurate. We spent so much time on the large porch. Perfect space for our family of 5!
My only complaint would be that the loft was quite stuffy, but we were there during a heatwave and had to keep the open window to the kitchen closed due to little kids. Lofts are just generally hard to cool down. Our kids didn’t complain though. Otherwise lovely stay!

We absolutely loved Bear Necessities amd we would like to go back fir years to come. The home was so clean and organized. This home is truly a gem. The view was spectacular and we just didn’t want to leave!
