Relax and enjoy this family friendly modern home. It's away from the hustle and bustle of central Queenstown, yet only a 10-minute drive away. You can't get a closer location to Coronet Peak Ski field, which is only a 15-minute drive away. A warm home with lots of natural light and plenty of sun. A fully stocked kitchen and laundry it really is a home away from home.

The Space:
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home benefits from plenty of sun and natural light. The fully stocked kitchen and laundry provides all the amenities required to comfortably make it your home away from home.

The indoor log fire brings a warming ambience on colder days, whilst the large garden and patio is ideal for socialising on warmer evenings, with an ample size patio area, BBQ and outdoor seating.

Conveniently located in popular Arthurs Point, you can't get a closer location to Coronet Peak Ski field, which is only a 15-minute drive away. Arthurs Point also benefits from having a number of restaurants, hot pools and bowling alley mere minutes walk away.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house except the garage which is owners storage. Plenty of free parking outside the garage and off street

The Neighborhood:
Family friendly neighbourhood with park next door and walking tracks down to the Shotover river.

Getting Around:
The villa is conveniently located in popular Arthurs Point , just a 10 minutes drive to the centre of Queenstown, 20 minute drive from Queenstown Airport and 15 minute drive to the carpark of Coronet peak.

If you don't have a car then we recommend the use of one of Queenstown's taxi companies - These are available right from the airport for your convenience.

Snowboarders treat

Awesome week with the lads. No better place than at the foot of Coronet and easy drive to the Remarkables. Cool set up house with arcade game for a bit of in house Competition. Big thumbs up from us. Thanks Team.

Cozy and warm - close to Coronet Peak

With central heating, a fireplace capable of heating the entire (well insulated) house we were very comfy and always looked forward to getting back to our accommodation after a long day out in the snow.
