Whilst the owners continue to reside on the property during your stay, you will have exclusive access to the advertised living area including pool/deck. There will be no shared living zones and the owners will make you feel like you are on your own. There will be a family of 5 remaining on the balance of the property during your stay. Their kids know they wont be taking a dip in the pool whilst you are there but you may run into them at one of the local surf spots.
