Nice accommodations

The building was not as nice as I expected but the unit was very clean, spacious, very nice kitchen (reason on why I choose the place) and we have everything we need for our stay. The location was good too.

Apartment is charming, building needs help.

George is a good host, very helpful, communicative, and responsive. The building is one of the first apartment buildings in the city, and it shows. Staff are lovely but not a lot of work has been put in to upkeep the property. Cebu gives you a good slice of Filipino city life, but we found there was not a ton to do in city proper. Thank you to George for making our stay very pleasant.

Thank you for being so king Grace. Yes Cebu can be daunting for first time visitors but there is lots to do here, unfortunately you guys only stayed 4 days, and it takes much longer to see all the great things in Cebu. Your next trip I promise to take you around, you will then love Cebu as do we. Thanks to you and your family for staying with us. Geo

What a wonderful place to say. Much better than a Hotel. The condo was very big with a full kitchen. The building was safe with great security. George and Rezine took very good care of me and made sure I had everything I needed. I couldn't ask for a better place to say. The next time I am in the Philippines I will stay here again. Thanks so much!

What makes this property unique
