Good to Know:
Power outage do occur on the island frequently. We have a solar powered emergency lamp. Usually, the power comes back quickly.
This is a self-catering condominium with pool access and complimentary beach amenities.
Our dedicated local team is working hard to ensures a smooth and comfortable stay, but delays in repairs or maintenance can occasionally occur.
Maintenance staff may need to access the condo during business hours; we will always notify you in advance when possible.

I love Sapphire beach. We all loved the beach access. The beach chairs were a great addition. Condo was clean. Well furnished. It could use a few more drinking glasses. The views were amazing.

Perfect location with a great view!

This place was perfect. It was nice because it had two levels so as our kids went to sleep a little earlier, the adults could hang out downstairs. It was very clean and close to everything and right on the beach. You can snorkel right off the beach and see lots of fish. I would definitely stay here again.

Sapphire Outlook Villa Wonderful Vacation

Accommodations were outstanding. Location in Bld B was outstanding , as was the view overlooking St John and BVI's. Communication with owners were excellent with quick responses. Overall, a 1st rate vacation with my family.

We have traveled to many places in the Caribbean and Europe, but we immediately fell in love with the Virgin Islands. We are sure you will too.
Born to love the ocean and beaches but have to work in the Washington D.C. area, we enjoy hosting guests in our vacation home in St. Thomas. Speaking with guests and helping them plan their vacation bring me closer to this little paradise.

Why they chose this property

Once you get there, you will see that this is just a spectacularly beautiful place on earth. Palm trees cast shade onto the white sandy beach. The bay has two coral reefs and crystal clear, turquoise water. It is all framed in by several islands including famous St. John National Park. You get to enjoy all this from the condo with two balconies directly on the Sapphire Beach facing the Caribbean Sea. The condo has plenty of space to accommodate the entire family, and you have everything to make you feel comfortable. The condo has been remodeled.

What makes this property unique

You can not be any closer to the beautiful ocean and beach than in this condo. We love the exposed wood of the cathedral ceiling which makes this a very elegant home.
In our opinion, the condo is on one of the nicest beaches on the island, and yet you are less than a mile from Red Hook with all the restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping and ferries to other islands. Red Hook and our Sapphire Beach Marina are great jump off points for sailing adventures and other boating excursions.
