The Gulf Breeze condo is located in a gated community at the north end of Vanderbilt Beach. The condo building has elevator. There is a large pool, barbecue area and tennis court. Unit has one assigned parking space. Guest parking is available.
The 3rd floor apartment has 1506 sq ft of indoor space with AC and 300 sq ft wraparound lanai.There is washer and dryer in the unit.
Recently renovated well equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Two split bedrooms and sleeper sofa in the living room can accommodate 5 people.
