The Good:
One block from Vanderbilt Beach, Ritz Carlton, Turtle Club, and Buzzes Lighthouse and A short distance from Mercado for great Shopping and Nightlife. Completely remodeled and re-furnished 3rd floor condo. Intercoastal water views from the Lanai. Two bedrooms, two baths, living, dining and kitchen. Washer/dryer in the unit and a designated covered parking spot.
The Bad:
Due to Hurricane Ian damage there is no pool, and the docks are off limits. There is also a resort being built next door but the construction noise is minimal
Bottom line:
It's an outstanding location, Vanderbilt beach is now open and Mercado is a little over a mile away but no pool, no marina and 2 stories of stairs to navigate until the elevators are repaired (estimated completion March)

Great host

The condo was spotless, nicely furnished and very well lit. Very close access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The building was quiet with a great view of the lagoon from the lanai. We had no problem getting into the unit upon arrival and Carl was available and responsive when we needed advice on a couple of occasions. Our only issue was lack of closet/storage space.

Wonderful Vanderbilt Beach condo, perfect location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Location was great, short walk to beach and ability to walk to nice restaurants. Enjoyed relaxing on the lanai overlooking the bay. Appreciated owner’s honest and responsive communications!
