The Space:

Enjoy modern amenities like a smart TV and Wi-Fi and cook up a storm in the fully functional kitchen. Stay cozy year-round with double glazing and two heat pumps/aircons.
Situated near a public reserve with lake access, you can park your boat in the reserve carpark. Please note, the driveway is not suitable for boats.

The Neighborhood:
The property is in a very quiet street in Acacia Bay, tucked away at the end of a shared driveway. It is 4.5km from the Taupō town centre and the nearest supermarket (Countdown).
The home is within walking distance of a dairy and The Bay Bar & Brasserie, where you can enjoy a meal and drink at the end of your activities. It is also a quick drive from the famous L'Arte Cafe Gallery and Taupō’s town centre.
Other Things to Note:
When booking, please advise how many beds you require, and we will prepare that quantity for you. A highchair and baby cot may be available. Please enquire (bedding for the cot is not provided).
Breakfast items are not provided but there is plenty of tea, coffee and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper and oil.
For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10pm. There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.
If you are booking this property on a platform other than Airbnb, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $350.
All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19. In order to keep linen costs for your stay economical, we do not provide face cloths.
This property has one security camera, above the front door. The camera DOES NOT monitor indoor spaces.
Interaction with Guests:
We have a key box and will provide the pin number 3 days before your check-in date.
