Upper level has a king room w 3-piece ensuite, a queen room with private treed balcony, and a daybed/office, plus a 4-piece bath.
Rupert’s Landing is renowned for its tennis courts, recreation centre with indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, squash, gym/weight room and well treed and landscaped grounds with ample walking paths. There’s also a marina with kayak/SUP storage racks and a private beach. Public golf course across road with easy walk/bike to nearby Waterfront and Georgian Trails. This area has it all! We purchased our first property in the area in 2004 and moved into it full-time in 2018. In 2020, we purchased this condo as our future home for when we're ready to downsize.
