Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire villa and a free parking premises along with a private entrance. You will be able to enjoy all the amenities in your private space, including the kitchen, private pool, and workspace. Guests can also freely roam the beautiful nature trails and use the various sports courts located within the resort.

Interaction with Guests:

We want all our guests to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay 🌴, so please note that parties, events, or loud gatherings are strictly prohibited 🚫.



If guests are found to have hosted a party without prior host approval, resulting in extra cleaning 🧹 or property disturbance, additional cleaning fees will apply 💵.



In the unfortunate event that a noise disturbance alerts neighbors or resort security 🚓, the Windsor Island Resort patrol will contact local authorities, and guests will be required to vacate the property immediately ⚠️ — with no refund issued.



📲 All communication with the host must be made exclusively through the app. This ensures quick, safe, and documented responses for any questions, requests, or assistance during your stay.
