There was four of us staying in the condo, as I sent a private message when we arrived one of the couches in the living room was broke & very uncomfortable. Just needs a lil TLC but overall was nice with a pretty view of the lake.

Absolutely lovely and relaxing!

So much better than staying in a hotel! Awesome view and so relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable, and they were so thoughtful to include shampoo, conditioner and lotion ( which I tend to forget). The gated community was absolutely beautiful and having access to accommodations was just the icing on the cake. Would definitely book again!

Loved the location! Beds were comfortable. Loved the views of the water! Had an issue with one of the toilets not working properly and the microwave not working. We did report it and they were going to have maintenance to look at it. It should be good for the next guests.

Finding the place was easy. We received a map and great help at the gate. Wonderful location. The condo was clean and had plenty of accommodations. Me and my children had a excellent experience and will be returning soon!

Very relaxing

The place was very clean, exactly as the pics show, was even more impressive in person. A short walk to lake Taneycomo for fishing all weekend with family. I will definitely be back to stay at this property for sure!

Restful getaway.

We loved our stay. The location was perfect- close to everything, yet slightly off the beaten path. The views from the porch were beautiful. Master bed is extremely comfortable. Plenty of supplies (laundry, TP etc). We would stay here again!

Beautiful view of the river.

This was our second time staying in this unit. It has a great view of the river and a fun hiking trail. The property manager went above and beyond for us! We left an item behind and she went and picked it up for us and took it to the UPS Store to be shipped back to us. THANKS!!

The place so very nice!! It was clean, great location, good view and close to amenities. We had no instructions on checking in, we were not able to contact anyway. We spent quite a bit of time trying to figure it out, very frustrating since we had shoe tickets and wanted to go eat first.

Great last minute Spring Break getaway!

This was the perfect place for our family to stay! We loved the neighborhood and how close to the water this unit is. My husband and I traveled with our 8 yo and 10yo. They loved the trailhead that was at the end of the parking lot. We enjoyed daily hikes! We also enjoyed walking down to the waters edge to skip rocks and just enjoy the sun set.This unit had 2 kings, which was nice that kids could have extra room to share a bed without too much of a fuss.We enjoyed the enclosed patio and made use of the fully equipped kitchen! Only downside was the noise from the people above. We lucked out that it was only during the day and they were quiet by bedtime. Again I was working during the day so heard it but in evenings for bedtime it was quiet and didn’t lose any sleep.Really enjoyed our stay and would love to come again.

Cute little condo!

This condo unit is so cute! It was well stocked, clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the screened in porch was the perfect spot for all the morning coffee drinking! The check in process was very simple and the area where the condo is was very nice. I would like to mention, though, this is a first floor unit. There is a unit above this one and you can hear every step someone in the upper unit takes; so much that at points the light above the dining table would shake when the people above us were walking around. So, something to note if you’re looking for total quiet. Otherwise, we had a very nice stay. :)

I have stayed in this condo six previous times, and this will probably be my last. We did notice they changed the key pad from March, but the new one will not lock the condo. When the contact finally answered me, her reply was everyone is complaining, it will be ok. Not, we are responsible not only for our stuff but for the condo itself. I loved Erika, with whom I dealt with for two years.

When we arrived at 4:00pm the condo had not been cleaned. After calling the guest host several times with no response we had to call Evolve. The host finally called to say she would try to get someone to clean but wasn’t sure since it was later in the day. We had to leave and get a hotel room for the night. The host called sometime after 7pm to say it was clean. We didn’t go back until the next morning. Evolve refunded the night minus taxes but would not pay the hotel room.
