Lovely Big Bear Property
Thanks for a great stay. The house is very nice as rentals go in BB. The only constructive criticism I can offer is on the check in process - having to stop in at the rental office for printed parking pass is a little silly - but probably they do this to avoid credit card fraud. Also, the home kitchen could use a little more outfitting. The pots and pans are beat up (peeling teflon is bad for anyone) and cooking tools a bit all over the place. The house is clean and spacious for a group of 10. Would definitely come again!

Lovely house missing some essentials
We loved the house, it is a beautiful open floor plan which made it ideal for families and children. If you are planning to cook and eat in the house you should probably be prepared to bring a lot of your own supplies. House max is for 12 but they only provided 8 settings. Missing a lot of kitchen essentials that we had to go out and purchase on our own. Other than that inconvenience, we enjoyed our stay.

The house is great, but it was not cleaned properly
Our first impression of this home was great, we loved how open the dining room, family room and kitchen are, which was great for spending time together as a multigenerational family for the 4th of July weekend. However, as we started to get settled, we started to notice how dirty the house was. Sheets on one of the beds had not been cleaned, dust bunnies and old band-aids were found on the floor and even a half eaten doughnut. When we checked out, we spoke with the management company about our concerns and shared photos and they did refund about 10% of our total bill. If cleaned properly, this house would be great, it is just down the street from a playground and park, which was an ideal place to watch the fireworks.
