House was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It only had a couple of pots and pans which made it a little challenging to cook meals for my family. I would expect more from a place that was listed to accommodate 10 people.

Marathon Weekend

Stayed here for Big Bear Marathon weekend with friends. Awesome location, close to town and very private. The house had everything we needed, very clean and the entire check-in/out process was seamless. Highly recommend!

Spacious home in great location

The location was fantastic, at the end of a tree lined street, within walking distance to the village. The house itself was large and the beds were comfortable, but the carpets were not clean and there was a musty smell downstairs. Two of the televisions did not work upon our arrival, but a technician came to fix them fairly quickly. The property management company withheld some of our deposit even though we cleaned the countertops, vacuumed the carpets, and left the house cleaner than before we arrived. All in all it was a good experience minus those few complaints.

Great Home!

Big enough to fit a family of 11! Could use some minor upgrades, such as new tv's, cookware (pans), and patio chairs. However, the price paid was definitely more than worth it. Internet worked just fine too! Would stay again!

Great stay for families

We had two families stay for a birthday weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone and ample supplies. The kitchen has more appliances/tools than others we have stayed in ex. crockpot & cookie press. The hot tub was clean and nice. There were two grills but only one was working. Very close to look and town. Great stay and would stay again.

Awesome Weekend!

House was great for our friends and group of 8. Each couple had their own bedroom. Home was clean and had everything we needed. Only item was a broken kitchen cooktop knob sot he fan didn’t work. Great location- trees everywhere and you feel part of the forest ! Thanks for sharing your home

Great location!

Was a very nice experience everything we needed was there
