For future guests considering a stay, it’s important to note that our team is always available and eager to assist during your visit—but we can only address concerns that are brought to our attention in real time. In this case, we were not notified of the shower drainage issue during the stay, and upon inspection afterward, the drain was found to be functioning properly. Had we been made aware, we would have promptly sent maintenance to resolve it. The onsite front desk is not connected to our team. The kitchen is stocked to support a comfortable stay, and while cookware may show signs of normal use over time, it remains fully functional. We regularly evaluate and update inventory as needed. Comfort preferences—such as mattress firmness—can vary from guest to guest, but we aim to provide a setup that suits the majority of travelers. Future guests can feel confident booking this home knowing it offers a great value within Wildhorse Meadows, with convenient access to the gondola, a spacious and well-designed layout, and access to some of the area’s best amenities including the pool, hot tubs, and fitness center. We always appreciate guest feedback, and sometimes we're not aware of an issue until a guest reports it to us. The bed in the primary bedroom is a king bed. The shower curtain has been addressed, but we haven't had any other complaints about a musty smell, nor have we been able to identify a smell ourselves.

It’s always great to hear about an enjoyable guest's stay. In general, in mountain towns, there tends to be more construction in the summer than in the winter as it’s easier for tradespeople to work without the snow. If any future guests have questions on potential construction projects during their stay, please feel free to reach out prior to booking.

We have passed along this guest's feedback regarding the couch to the owner of the property as it may be due for replacement. The guest is correct that the Wildhorse Gondola stops running around 5:30 each day, but there is also a bus stop not too far away, by the Meadows Parking Lot. Guests are encouraged to reach out to us if they would like assistance with logistics.
