A sleek modern 1 brm, single-level apartment offers stylish space, loads of light, impressive floor to ceiling windows, open-plan living overlooking entertainment balcony, fabulous stone kitchen, modern bathroom, European laundry, split system, secure lift access, solar heated plunge pool, BBQ area with fabulous views towards CBD. Secure parking is also available.
Superior quality linen and towels supplied, toiletries to get you started and a fully equipped kitchen for those times when you just want to stay in and watch Netflix.
The apartment comfortably sleeps 2 adults in the queen size bed and 1 adult on the sofa bed or two children on the sofa bed.
The entire apartment, solar heated plunge pool and BBQ area.
I don't live on the premises but I am available 24/7 via txt or Airbnb.
Collingwood has emerged as one of the inner city’s hot locales to eat out, joining the likes of Fitzroy, Carlton and St Kilda, catering to a young, hip and hungry crowd. And while foodies from all over have flocked here, particularly to the rehabilitated Smith Street, locals – of which more than half are aged between 20 and 39 – provide a ready and willing custom. Its newfound food-town image also continues what has been a fitful progress.
A short stroll to Catch tram 86 to take you straight into the Bourke St.
Important note: Only standard vehicles fit in the garage.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.
PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $500 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. Please respect these rules.
