Clean apartment, great WiFi. Ski slopes were a 4 minute walk downhill. And ski down to blackcomb gondola. Great spot.

Great condo with excellent access to Blackcomb; not truly ski-out (and not enough snow to access the ski-in route), but a very easy and quick walk to/from the slopes. The condo is spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen, lovely private hot-tub, and excellent beds. Garage parking for 2 cars and the secure ski storage closet just outside the front door were much appreciated. The management company is fabulous and very responsive, even graciously mailing back glasses which we left behind. We look forward to a future stay!

Loved everything about this stay. Nestled into the winter forest - the scenery made it cosy and great spot to walk the dog. The beds were super comfy & hot tub squeaky clean. The BBQ came in handy! This condo had a great layout for our adult kids. Lots of space. Hope to come again!

This property had a great location as it was a short walk to trail to bottom of Blackcomb gondola and shuttle stop for trips into the village. Unfortunately we didn’t get to take advantage of ski in trail due to poor ski conditions.
We had a great stay in the Upper Village. The property manager was helpful and responsive whenever we had questions. The townhouse was clean and kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Hot tub was also great to have daily! Unfortunately due to the low snow, we couldn't use the ski in path but the ski run is just down the street.

We had a wonderful time at Mountain Star 18 especially being so close to the slopes. It is about a 5 minute walk to the ski in/ ski out. Also, if you need to rent ski or snowboard gear that is in the hotel next to the ski in/ski out. The communication with the management company was excellent. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the primary bedroom bed, for us it was incredibly uncomfortably hard and non supportive. If you’re used to a softer bed I’d recommend bringing a mattress pad. Other than the bed the accommodations were as described and we enjoyed ourselves.
Very nice place to stay for a family ski trip. All the comforts of home PLUS heated floors! Only complaint is no main floor bathroom, and the ski in part is a little higher ski level than some in our group. Checkin was a bit weird, getting our codes 30 minutes AFTER our checkin time, and only after we called for it. Not everyone has a global calling plan, so the checkin email on the day before would have been preferred so I didnt have to have additional cellular fees.
But we loved the house & would definitely stay again.

Communication was outstanding all throughout the process. Aloha helped book transportation from airport. The condo is about an 8 minute walk to ski slope. Very easy in full ski gear. There was terrible snow so could not ski to path right next to the condo on way out. So just walked up road again on way back. The whistler 5 shuttle stops at entrance to condo area and was very convenient to get around. We usually walked down ski slope to upper and lower villages then took 5 bus back up. We liked that it was quiet in the area. The condo was clean, grill was great, hot tub was great. No bathroom on main entry floor so have to go up or downstairs. Beds were not the most comfortable but just fine. Kitchen had all the cooking stuff you need. Overall would stay here again.

Didn't meet expectations
This place did not meet our expectations. The main level has no bathroom, only an upstairs and downstairs bathroom, and the stairs are a lot and verryyyy steep. The parking situation is/was terrible. You can hardly even park outside your house to unload ALL of your stuff without multiple tow trucks coming to tow you. Do not leave your car idling out there for more than 2 minutes alone because someone will tow you (even if to unload!!). We thought there was one parking space for us and then one in the garage for our visitor, but that was not the case. You have to park all cars in the garage and it is a PAIN, let me tell you. It was not super dog friendly for our dogs to go to the bathroom. There were no blankets on the main floor to just hang out in and cuddle up in. It was just not very inviting and not homey. Location to shopping/village/skiing was good, and the communication from the property manager was great, but other than that, we did not enjoy our stay here. Sadly.

With regards to the parking, we do notify our guests of the parking scenario at this property immediately upon booking.
We will certainly look into providing more blankets on the main floor and ensuring that it as inviting as possible.

My wife and our 3 grown daughters enjoyed 5 nights in this rental. Out of the noise of the village, quiet and perfect for what we were needing. Thank you.
A great location on Blackcomb and very easy process communicating with the rental group. The only issue we had was that the hot tub was broken for the entirety of our stay. Management was very helpful and easy to get a hold of and allowed us to use the hot tub in the next door unit which was vacant.
We had a great time at this condo. Nicely equipped kitchen, clean, and spacious. Close to ski in/ski out. Would definitely stay here again.
