Fantastic spacious beach house in Coastlands, Whakatane. 2-minute walk to a children's playground, cafe, and 5 minute walk to the pristine Coastlands beach.
5-minute drive to Whakatane township and a 15-minute drive to Ohope beach.
Whakatane town can also be accessed via a dedicated cycle track that links Coastlands, via the Warren Cole Walkway, which runs alongside the Whakatane river into town.
This large 340m 5 bedroom, double storied house has two bathrooms and two separate living spaces with indoor-outdoor flow extending from both living areas.
The dining area flows onto an elevated deck that overlooks the street. The second lounge is open plan with a semi self-contained kitchenette. This area flows out to the private BBQ and outdoor fire area.
There is plenty of room for a large group or two separate families in this spacious child-friendly house.
