INTERIOR

The bright and newly remodeled condo features new furnishings designed for comfort, entertaining, and relaxation! The living room features a large sofa and a large TV. The Kitchen and Living Room are connected through a kitchen island, perfect for entertaining while doing meal prep. The dining table seats 6 comfortably. A small desk is provided for those who need to work remotely. Catch some rays in the atrium, while relaxing on a chaise lounge. The perfect escape to read a book and relax.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main en-suite features a king bed, ceiling fan, and bright spacious main bath with a 43-inch Smart TV. The Guest Bedroom features two twins, a ceiling fan, a closet, and a 40in. TV. The Second Guest Room features a queen bed, ceiling fan, closet, and a 40-inch TV.



EXTERIOR

The spacious entry features pavers, and a small bistro table to enjoy the western view of the mountains while enjoying a cup of coffee. The large backyard patio is located at the widest part of the fairway. Offering beautiful views of the mountains and golf course. The back patio features a retractable patio awning, outdoor dining, ceiling fans, and a fire feature for the cool nights. The BBQ is conveniently located next to the kitchen and to the outdoor dining area. Two community pools and spas are located 200 ft from the condo! A super short walk to enjoy a nice swim! Access to the gym is included for guests. Guests can play tennis and golf for a fee. Please contact the Golf-Tennis shop for availability. NOTE: The golf course will be closed from March 2027 to December 1, 2027 for renovation.



THINGS TO DO

This unit is located in the beautiful community of Rancho Las Palmas, next to The River shopping and dining center. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods are within 2 miles from the property. Palm Springs Airport is 28 minutes away, Living Desert Zoo is located 12 minutes from the property. World Famous El Paseo Shopping is 10 minutes away, and features restaurants and shopping. Albertsons, Ralphs, Rite Aid are all conveniently located 2 miles away.

PET POLICY

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.

Great location

As described, kitchen fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Ideal location to watch the golfers go by and close to all the restaurants of The River.

We enjoyed our time at this rental. It has been renovated and was clean and bright! The kitchen was well stocked with most everything you would need for cooking. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the deck watching the golfers go by. Any questions we had were answered very quickly!

Great trip to Ranchos Las Palmas!

My family and I have been coming to Ranchos Las Palmas condos for years, we typically stay in the same condo each time but this time we saw this place and decided to give it a shot and we are so glad we did! It was by far the nicest of any of the condos we have rented, it appears it was just remodeled. Great location near a pool, great golf course view, and the owners were great accommodating our requests. We will definitely come back to this one!

Awesome stay

Everything was easy and clean. Great location for us. Management company was responsive and helpful when needed. For example, We ran out of propane for the fire pit and the had 2 new tanks delivered within the hour. Would stay here again.

We luv this place!

This was our 2nd stay here & it felt like home away fr home. The weather was great. We golfed, relaxed on the amazing patio. Which has great quality furniture. Enjoyed steaks on the top notch bbq. The sunrises were beautiful from the awesome picture windows. Clean and comfortable. Furnishings & supplies were fabulous.

Gorgeous on the Golf Course

Absolutely loved this place. Beautiful decor, open floorplan. Comfy couch and beds. Fun to watch golfers on the nicely appointed patio w excellent outside dining & relaxing chairs. The bbq was top notch & the extendable awnings provided great shade. We cant wait to go back.
