Dining room table with seating for 4. Gulf Winds Resort is snuggled in quieter section of St. Pete Beach with the beach directly across the street. The property features a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard, BBQ grills, a laundry room and it's conveniently located to restaurants and local shops on Corey Avenue. Vacation condos have full kitchens and all the comforts of home.

Overpriced for the property

The apartment has not been refreshed in quite a while. There was mold on the ceiling and in the shower. The bathroom sink didn't work properly. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable as was the dining room. The blinds did not all open. Location to the beach was good. This apartment complex is mostly for elderly retirees which is fine for quiet neighbors. This was a pricey experience not worth repeating.
