Winterset Woodland is the perfect Mammoth getaway, located on the green shuttle route to take you to the Village and Eagle Lodge! You will be within walking distance to local restaurants and Vons for any groceries. In the warmer weather, enjoy the parks, hiking/biking trails, and the Snow Creek Golf Course, a short car ride away.

You'll enter from the first floor and walk upstairs to the living room. The high ceilings and comfortable seating welcome you to gather around the flat screen TV or the pellet stove. Enjoy your morning coffee out on the balcony with the crisp mountain air!

The kitchen is well equipped with a drip coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, electric stovetop, toaster oven, stand mixer, and more to enjoy homemade meals. Don't forget a hearty breakfast before hitting the slopes! Steps away is the dining table for 4. There is a shared full bathroom on this level.

The 2 bedrooms can be found downstairs. The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, sofa bed, and an en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom across the hall has a Queen bed. The laundry room with washer and dryer are available for guests to use!

Winterset offers 2 assigned outdoor parking spots. The communal pool and BBQ stations are only open during the summer while the hot tub and the sauna are open year round.

Under the COVID regulations, the spa will be open from 3PM to 10PM. Guests will be required to sign up for daily use on the sheet by the spa and will have 30 minutes to one family unit at a time. No more than 8 people are allowed. You must have a mask on and maintain 6-foot physical distancing. The condo complex common areas like the bathroom, showers, and sauna will be closed.

*We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance during the winter season when weather and road conditions can be unpredictable. Please check the Division of Traffic websites and travel at your own risk. Without the purchase of Travel Insurance, your Vacation Home Rental Reservation cannot be canceled due to poor weather conditions.*

Cozy and Perfect Location

It was an amazing place. Had everything we needed. The location was perfect, 5 min walk to grocery store and about a 10 min drive to the village. Would definitely stay here again.

Not worth the money don’t do it

I have never stayed in a place that was so falsely advertised. The management company was wonderful when we entered the property I was blown away by the condition of the 1970s bathrooms that were not only dirty but the foundation in the floor was separating from the wall in addition, the wallpaper in the downstairs bedrooms was peeling off not to mention the knots of the carpet that you could feel on your feet because it did not been replaced for 20 years. It was absolutely disgusting. I don’t understand how someone could advertise a property like this for this price and expect someone to stay there. The pictures are absolutely false. We have stayed in this exact complex for the past six years and very similar models and paid the same if not more for this exact unit displays being the most repaid, and I have never been so disappointing in my life, there were no towels there were no linens for the pillows the quality of the sheets were horrid. The owners clearly don’t have any consideration for the value of a dollar and keeping proper linens towels. Sheets and blankets for people that are paying premium dollars for a full six days day. I am so disappointed I have contacted management they have not returned my calls. I was calling the management team constantly with regards to dirt, lightbulbs towels and so many other things do not stay here. These people just take your money. I will see that the management company tried everything that they can do but it’s the owners that need to step in here and spend some money on this place if they’re actually gonna false advertise it, I still have not heard from upper management with regards to some compensation for this ridiculously over priced place. It is a rip off do not stay here.
