Set along the serene Green River, our rustic-luxe cottage is the perfect blend of nature, comfort, and charm.

Whether you're seeking cozy evenings by the fireplace, morning yoga on the dock, or stargazing from our private hot tub (seasonal) — this is where slow living meets soul-soothing comfort.

Welcome to your open-concept riverside retreat!
Our cozy living area includes:
- Dining space with river views
- Fully equipped chef’s kitchen + long breakfast island
- Warm lounge with a wood-burning fireplace
- A collection of classic board games

✨ Pro Tip: Start your day with sunrise yoga on the dock — pure magic.

Note: One of our small dock was lost this winter, but the main dock is available for you to enjoy.

🔥 Firewood: Indoor firewood is provided in colder months. Campfire wood is available 5 mins away at the local hardware store.

- Master Bedroom – Queen bed + private ensuite
- Second Bedroom – Full bed
- Tiny House (Bunkie) – Queen-over-Queen bunk bed (separate from the main cottage)

*Fresh linens, comforters, pillows, and blankets are provided.

🚿 Bathrooms:
Ensuite Bathroom – Walk-in Rain Shower (attached to master)
Powder Room – Easy access for bunkie + includes laundry (washer+dryer)

We provide towels (bath + hammam), face towels, toilet paper, etc

🍽️ Chef’s Kitchen -- Cook up your favourites with:

- Appliances: Cooktop (no oven), microwave, double-door fridge, dishwasher, SMEG coffee maker, smoothie maker, toaster

- Essentials: Cutlery, dishes, mugs, pots, pans, knives, Tupperware, kitchen towels/ paper towel etc

- Pantry: We provide Ground coffee, teas, basic herbs, and spices etc

🌲 Outdoor Living:
- Enjoy our private riverfront lawn surrounded by tall pine trees:
- Hawaiian-style patio w/ Tiki umbrella + swing chair
- Hammock under open skies
- Patio BBQ + tabletop fireplace on the deck
- Year-round outdoor bonfire pit (check local fire bans)

🪵 Propane provided. Refill available nearby hardware store if needed.

- Ice skating, ice fishing, snowshoeing
- Cold plunge (at your own risk)

Rinse before use | No food/drinks | No bath products | Keep lid closed | Do not unplug at all

👶 Family Notes:

We welcome families & children, but please note:
- Fireplace gets hot
- Cottage is not childproof (edges, outlets, cupboards)
- No crib or high chair provided
- River is close to the deck — stay alert with little ones

🐾 Dog-Friendly:
- Max 2 non-shedding dogs
- Pre-approval required (pet fee applies)
- Sorry, no cats — we have hardwood + leather furniture

Guest access:

- Guests will access the Cottage via digital lockbox + other keys inside the property

- Lockbox details shall be provided once the damage deposit is sent

- The Cottage is accessed by a private street (approx. 1-min drive) and has private parking enough for 3-4 cars

- We advice to park before the hilly slope/ private road during winter months to avoid getting stuck in the snow

Other Important things to note:

- The Host will be sharing all the Check-in details along with the Cottage Guidebook with a Liability Waiver form that requires to be signed over the email by the guests.

- Damage deposit of $500 will be collected from the guests by the host 48 hours prior your arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out, if no damages are reported.

- Host will be available via text or email 24/7 during your stay. Allow the host to respond within 4-8 hours.
