The Space:
Escape to our two-story holiday retreat tucked away at the end of a private driveway, offering peace and tranquillity for your relaxation.

With three bedrooms sleeping a total of seven guests, each on the ground floor, you'll find comfort and space for all. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed and ensuite, with access to a private patio. The second room offers two single beds, while the third features a bunk bed with a double below and a single on top.

Upstairs, the modern kitchen and spacious living area await, complete with a large dining table and Smart TV for entertainment. Step onto the deck to savour your morning brew or soak up the afternoon sun.

Stay cozy year-round with a heat pump/aircon upstairs and oil heaters in the bedrooms downstairs.

The Neighborhood:
This house is in a perfect location; walking distance to the lake and the bar/restaurants ‘Social Club’ and ‘Jolly Goodfellows’. You can enjoy the lakeside walk to the town centre. It’s also a quick drive or walk to the nearest Foursquare Supermarket. On Sunday you’re merely blocks away from the weekly market.

If you are coming to one of Taupō’s sporting events, this house is in the perfect location as the racecourse of most big events (Ironman, Taupo Marathon, and Cycle Challenge) is at the end of the driveway, so your supporters can easily take breaks while cheering you on. The Tongariro North Domain, where most races start, and end is only a quick drive away.

This listing advertises a ‘base’ cleaning fee, which accommodates 1-2 guests. Additional linen and resource is required for larger bookings, so an additional $10 per guest will apply for any bookings of more than 2 guests. We will charge the extra fee separately closer to your check-in date.

Breakfast items are not provided but there is plenty of tea, coffee, and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper and oil.

The property is at the end of the complex. The driveway is a bit tight so you may prefer to park on the street if you have a large vehicle.

When booking, please advise how many beds you require, and we will prepare that quantity for you. A highchair and baby cot may be available. Please enquire (bedding for the cot is not provided).

For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10pm. There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.

If you are booking this property on a platform other than Airbnb, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $250.

All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19. In order to keep the linen costs for your stay economical, we do not provide facecloths.

Beware the social housing hotel next door!
Very nice place but sadly the hotel next door is used as social housing and the tenants were loud and oblivious to their neighbours! I recommend asking if this situation is still present before booking.
