We visited Hyannis after my college graduation. The property and the listing were both great. We walked to town from the area, had everything we needed to make dinner and rest comfortably. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.
The house was perfect. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable, the place was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very close to downtown and close to the boats to the islands. We highly recommend the cottage and hope to rent it again in the future. My rating of the pool is only because I was forced to rate it (app would not advance) though its closed and we never used it.
My wife, sister and I had planned this trip for a good while. Never being there on Cape Cod, we were not sure what to expect but our accommodations were fantastic. We had plenty of room, nice furnishings and friendly folks around us. Clean and good bed, what more could you want... Thx
This was a great little house for us. My son lives in Hyannis but has a one bedroom apartment so we needed a place the whole family could use as a base to explore the Cape. This place was perfect. Centrally located both in Hyannis and the Cape. In fact, we could easily walk into town as well as to the port to catch the ferry to Nantucket. It was clean and well equipped. It has a pool but our trip was over Christmas break so it was naturally closed down so cannot speak much to the pool. Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom.
Overall, I thought this place was fantastic for what we needed! We had another family stay with us and there was plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. The place itself felt like a nice quiet cottage, yet pretty close to beaches and other amenities. I would say this is a great area to stay if you're looking to get out and about and want extra space, but don't necessity need a full kitchen or dishwasher to make elaborate meals with. Everything was very clean and easy to find, despite the bathtubs being a little outdated. I would definitely come back here again, and would suggest that you check it out if you're looking for a larger comfortable place to stay to check out all that Cape Cod has to offer!

Thank you for choosing cottage 15 for your stay. We are glad to hear that you had a good time and enjoyed the space.
The problem I had was the fact the pool was not open at all during our stay June 23-30. So please tell me if you do not have a pool working in MA at that time of the year, when are you going to use it. I realize the smooth way the pool is mentioned in the listing, but really July 1st start. Although we all did like the unit, the price was certainly not worth what turned into a week of no pool for my three grandsons.

Thank you for staying with us. We are glad that overall you had a nice time.
The pool is a community feature and managed by the association. Its dates of operation not within are control and we make sure to communicate what is provided to us by the association on our listing and in our guest communications.
I am sorry they were not able to have the pool open during your stay, but I hope you found enjoyment with the unit, nearby beaches and all that Cape Cod has to offer.
Tub in the hall leaking hot water, paper & plastic water bottle under master bedroom, all three bathrooms had mold around the shower doors, and I had my grandchildren and wife with me. People are allergic. I took pictures! The grill was dirty and I had to clean it before I could use it. And the day after I got there they called me so I can let the repair man in so he can fix it, So I waited till he was done. 4,300 wasn’t even worth it! Have to try another place!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am deeply sorry to hear that your stay did not live up to expectations, especially considering you were traveling with your wife and grandchildren. Providing a clean, safe, and comfortable home is our top priority.
I am sorry this fell short for you.
I also completely understand your frustration regarding the plumbing leak and having your vacation time interrupted to wait for a repairman.
We have already addressed these issues with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure improved guest stays.

Thank you for staying. Our guests typically provide great feedback regarding cleanliness. We offered to rectify the issue immediately by providing additional cleaning services for free. Unfortunately the guest declined and demanded monetary compensation.
