Only a five-minute stroll to the golden sands of Palm Beach, this well-presented apartment at Waiheke Resort has everything you need with mini-kitchen and a lounge opening out onto the spacious deck.
Savour a glass of wine on the deck after your beach walk and take in the stunning views and sunsets over the bay.
Perfect for a couples’ getaway or a solo retreat, Villa Haven offers the opportunity to relax and unwind and even attend a yoga class at the resort or enjoy a glass of bubbles while lounging in the resort spa.
Tailor made for a weekend or week away, there is a bus-stop just down the road and the resort boasts an outdoor pool, spa, mini-golf and fully licensed bar and restaurant (resort charges apply).
The mini-kitchen comes with electric cook-top, fridge and microwave, while the bedroom has a comfortable king bed and sliding doors for extra privacy. Air conditioning provides an ambient temperature in summer and keeps the apartment cosy and warm in winter.
Waiheke Resort is a five-minute drive from the supermarket in Ostend. There is a great general store and coffee shop at Palm Beach (the pastries are a must-have) and Arcadia Restaurant next door is open during the summer months.
This is a beautiful part of Waiheke. Palm Beach is nestled in amongst a lush bush setting and there are plenty of tracks to explore. There’s a good uphill climb from Little Palm Beach, though the views from the top are certainly worth it.

Minimum stays: Seven nights between mid-December and mid-January, two nights all other times and three nights for public holiday weekends.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of $300 will be preauthorized to your credit card 2 days before departure. This will be released 5 days after departure. A 3.5 credit card surcharge applies to all card payments.

Great spot to explore Waiheke from

This was our 3rd visit to Waiheke and first time staying in the Palm beach area. It is an excellent central location with an easy walk down to the beach. The unit was clean and well equipped though starting to show signs of wear. Same can be said for the resort itself. I was excited to learn there was a mini putt course but it clearly had not been kept up so was not enticed to play. Overall an enjoyable spot to chill for a few days.

Nice getaway

Nice spot, great communication. Sadly our room was not cleaned when we arrived well after 3pm. However this was fixed and thanks for the honey. Would stay again.

Picturesque Palm Beach

Well looked after unit with a beautiful view and short walk to Palm Beach. Karen was responsive and check in was easy. Great public transport, making it easy to get round the whole island; with bus stops just outside. Recommend Mama Jenny's home cooked meal down at the Palm Beach store. Only surprise was the resort decided to close for winter with no bar or resturant as listed (this is for July). They also closed reception by 4pm on the Thursday so couldnt access the resort facilities as listed. There are two spas, one public (classic kiwi plastic spa tub) which comes with the pool pass - $10pp. And a nicer private tub with a view and prosseco that comes in at $100... Mini golf course was not looked after. But given the shocking weather we have had I bet they will get it ready again for summer.

Nice Clean unit. I would drive down to palm beach as quiet a steep long uphill path to get back villa ridge when hot. Nice pool there but didn't use it as sea was so warm.. Friendly staff at reception. Thankyou to all staff
