I was already payed the full amount and they got the last payments twice, and when I called them they were not listening and they hangup the call,
Unit was good but East Coast Getaways service was very bad

Hello Sameh, nobody hung up on you. You transferred the final amount into our trust account and dint tell anyone. It didnt reach our account prior to checkin day. So you were charged the final amount on your card at checkin. This was refunded to you
