Our stay at Venetian Bay was perfect for our needs. It was close to our main activity. The condo was neat and clean and well supplied with the necessities. I expect we will be rebooking for our annual trip in the future.

Location was great but overall wouldn’t recommend!

Initially upon arrival the home is nice and well lit. When we went to bed the first night the bed was missing a fitted sheet. Figured it was a fluke so didn’t comment. The next morning went to make coffee with what was in the kitchen until could go get groceries and found ants all over the counter and in the Keurig machine. There was a container of sugar open for guest use on the counter and I looked inside to see it FULL of ants. I threw that out and cleaned the Keurig and contacted the management. Their response was to never address the fitted sheet (asked if there was a spare so I could add it to the bed) - we could of used the other beds but this was the one king sized bed for both myself and my daughter to sleep in. the response to the ants was ‘it is Florida and bugs are hard to control’. I decided to just continue on and the remainder of the 2 weeks we stayed there I cleaned/vacuumed/did dishes and took the trash out DAILY and still there were ants EVERYWHERE. they were coming in the windows and they were all over anything on the main floor. I reached out and provided pictures of the ants and even the sink strainer which was full of mold and I never received more responses. I felt uncomfortable in the living space and felt disheartened that the management wrote off my concerns. Overall the house has potential and I would stay in the community again but definitely NOT this particular unit.

Orlando Vacation

This property was perfect for a family of 4. My wife and I shared the master bedroom on the first floor with a master bathroom, my (2) teenage kids had private rooms and shared a bathroom on the second floor. Property had new carpets and flooring throughout, new washing machine and dryer. Owner provides basic needs, there’s enough towels and beach towels for your stay, Owner provided foldable chairs and a beach umbrella, almost everything you’ll need for a day at the beach. Property is in a gated community, which guest have access to several pools, kiddie pool and a variety of sports courts. I found the gate security funny, if you don’t have the proper documents, they won’t let you in, which is a good thing, at no point did I feel unsafe, property was quiet at night after a long day out. I’m pleased with my stay and recommend staying here.
