Very family-friendly atmosphere, multiple pools at ground level. There are four new sand wash stations on the new beach walkway. Entire interactions with staff members were very cordial and cheerful. Clean accommodations upon arrival: no visible sand or dirt on floor or furniture. All other household amenities, beds and towels, were in order. Showers were fantastic. WiFi was operational with no issues.

Bring your cleaning supplies!

The size and location was perfect for my family. The condo layout was nice however it was filthy. I ended up buying cleaning supplies and cleaned the condo. There was hair all over the kitchen, dirty floors, dirty toilets, food spilled all over walls and floors. I moved the bed where my children would be sleeping to find a used condom. The baseboards were covered in dust and hair. Ceiling fans caked with dirt. The stove was covered in grease. I contacted property management and was asked to send pictures. They put in a work order to have it cleaned. The cleaning person showed up 2 days later. We sent her away as I already cleaned.
