The maintenance people are always on top of requests.(Dwayne )Home was nice. The sprinkler was pretty smelly. Owner reset days and time and it never worked when they said it would come on. Would rent again if in town.

SHOWER CURTAIN KEPT FALLING DOWN, FRIDGE WOULD NOT DISPENSE ICE, FAN AND CEILING LIGHTS SCREWED UP, NO TABLE AND CHAIRS ON THE LANAI ( DEAL BREAKER ), WASHING MACHINE SOUNDED LIKE IT READY FOR TAKE OFF !!!!!!

every thing was as advertised. The furniture and appliances are in very good condition. The kitchen is well equipped. As for the property manager, Dwayne, he was easely reachable and quick to respond to a few minor problems.

Nice House

The house was beautifully furnished and designed and the patio, lanai and pool were very good, as was the canal view. My only suggestion, not for this property but for VRBO, is that more details be furnished in the listing about the number and type of channels available on the smart TV and the recording capability.

Good experience

Overall we had a good experience. Denny (who was in charge of checking us in) was very helpful and responded within a couple of hours when we had any questions or concerns. We really liked that they provided us with a binder full of information about restaurants and activities to do since this was our first time in Cape Coral. We also enjoyed having the pool to ourselves and fishing in the canal. Our only main concerns or problems we had was the first day we got there we noticed that the cleaning was very poorly done. The glass table had fingerprint smudges, the floors had streaks on them and the glass doors of the main shower were very dirty. Also, that same day we wanted to get in the pool but noticed that it was very green and cloudy. They did resolve the pool issue pretty quick but couldn't get in until 2 days later. Another big issue we had was that a couple days later we noticed that the kitchen sink was leaking everytime we turned on the water. Someone did come by to take a look at it that day but didn't do anything so we had to call them again because we couldn't use the sink and it was starting to cause a problem. Another person came by and temporarily fixed the problem. We wanted to use the grill but it was kind of dirty and the gas tank was empty. For the amount of money we paid we expected the place to be in great conditions and everything ready to go for us to use. I do got to say that we definitely loved the beds. They're so comfy and had a good night's sleep. We also really appreciated that they let us check in a couple hours before 4pm. If they're able to fix these minor issues, this place will be worth 5 stars.
