Thank you for your feedback. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay. Some details about beds: in Master Suite we have brand new posturepedic SERTA medium firm king size mattress with pillow top; in guest bedrooms we have brand new SEALY medium firm posturepedic mattresses; all beds fitted with hotel quality linens. Like it is shown on the pictures our Master bedroom exits into private backyard with pool and it had been decorated to highlight natural beauty of Florida, we like waking up in the morning and enjoy the view, enjoy light from sun rays reflected from blue water pool, however Master bedroom curtains can be closed for extra privacy, plus when sheers are moved together they become impermeable for sight. Other bedrooms are decorated with darkening blinds and curtains. This is our vacation house and we do a great effort to decorate and maintain it on continuous improvement basis. If you did let us know about your concerns during your stay we would have taken extra steps to accommodate you in the best possible way. Thank you for staying at the Blue Cove villa.

Dear April, This is our vacation home. We welcome respectful guests when we are not using it. We kindly ask all guests inform us of any issues within the first 24 hrs. Our pool is equipped with solar and electric heaters. You wrote pool was at 79F and you asked to increase the temperature. We tried to assist you but your replies were delayed by a day. The pool service had just finished and left the water running on a timer to maintain the water level. Instead of contacting us, you chose to turn off the water and jeopardized our pool system causing a low water level. Our pool service sends us photos in weekly service report. We are aware that your group used the pool, as evidenced by the pool toys and lounge chairs with towels for drying. Regrettably, you did not communicate your other concerns effectively during your stay. You began complaining at the End of stay, requesting a refund. We are quite familiar with such tactics in the hospitality industry and do not fall for them. Our pest control service contract with the leading firm in the county. If there was an issue at the house, the pest control tech would resolve it the same day. You borrowed an uninspected, unauthorized electrical cord from our neighbors, putting our house at risk of a fire. You chose to discuss our private matters with them, which has upset them, and they have complained to us regarding this incident. Housekeeper reported house was filthy after your stay, and you also broke the coffee maker. God Bless
