Shuttle service was very nice, all staff super friendly and always there to help. Apartment was super and the location couldn’t be any better. Having bath robes in the apartment was a nice surprise and heated towels at the pool and jacuzzis is royal treatment. Would definitely recommend this place

Thank you for the nice review Juergen. It was a pleasure to work with you and I hope you decide to return very soon. Tami
We had the most vacation in Aspen at the Hyatt Grand Aspen. This was our third time at this wonderful property and we loved every minute of it. The Hyatt Grand Aspen really caters to the families staying there from wonderful front desk people to great concierge assistance. Tami is wonderful in making sure that everything is set to go for your stay. We already booked our trip for next year!

Love the location and hospitality of the Hyatt!
We enjoy staying at the Hyatt. The team make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped for a long stay, with great housekeeping support. Everyone feels like family and make your stay easy and enjoyable. The service around skiing from equipment to daily drives to the mountains are exceptional. The morning breakfast helps start the day right and the hot chocolate/bar area help you end your day with "flavor." Look forward to next year!

Lat Minute booking
We had a few days spare on our way back to Denver from Utah . Booked on line through Home and Away ( Lets Snow Enterprises ) We found the booking process different to usual with Home and Away But Tami from LLC was fantastic and very helpful . We had a 1 Bedroom apartment . It was like being home . Nothing you could want for . The fittings were top class with a fantastic bathroom . Made a great end to our holiday . Aspen is lovely in the Summer.
The hotel is shabby and the staff not well-trained or customer service oriented. Had numerous problems and felt like it was more work than vacation. Poor communication.

It is unfortunate that this guest was in residence at the Hyatt during the days effected by the sabotage of the Aspen natural gas infrastructure that caused the entire town to be without natural gas for 2 days. The hotel staff did their very best to take care of the guests in all 52 rooms during that very difficult time, and the vast majority of guests were very appreciative of the way things were handled, and understanding of the fact that what happened was out of the control of the Hyatt staff. This guest did experience one issue that was due to a mistake made by one of the staff members, who as soon as being notified of the error, took the required action to make it right. In addition, the general manager called and spoke personally to this guest to apologize, from home during his off hours. Unfortunately, nothing seemed to make this guest happy, and the way she treated the staff was simply unacceptable. Potential guests should feel free to read the numerous reviews on this listing as well as my other listings, stating a very different perspective on both the property and the Hyatt staff.
Always a wonderful place to stay. Very friendly staff easy pickup at airport arrival and departure.
Tami Brown always does an amazing job at making our accommodations perfect. We have rented one two and three bedrooms over the years. Staff at grand HYATT are wonderful.
We just finished up a 3 day mini vacay in Aspen. I highly recommend the Hyatt Residence Club. We booked through VRBO/Home Away and the owner was super responsive and easy to work with. The 1 bedroom unit is on the first floor and opens onto a sweet courtyard. The pool area is very nice and family friendly. Although, we were there for a quiet couple's retreat, we enjoyed seeing The kids playing with each other. Very seriously considering a family vacation there next summer with our kids and grandchildren. Well done.

Great In Town Unit
Hyatt Grand is a great location and great services via Hyatt. The unit we stayed in was in need of upgrade both in lighting, technology and the HVAC didn't work great. Everybody at Hyatt and agend were great to deal with.

About the host
Hosted by Tami Brown
I am the owner of a small, boutique travel company renting luxury properties across the US, all of which I travel to and frequently stay at myself. The Aspen Mountain Residences is the only Aspen property I have elected to add to my exclusive portfolio because it is simply the best-of-the-best, and when I am visiting Aspen, there is no place else I would rather stay! I am renting a Studio, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom, 3 Bedroom and 4 Bedroom Suite at this property.
