O.K. for what you're paying for

This room was near an event that I was attending in SF. Pros: More or less as described by the property management company. Cons: No ironing board, and they could not get one to me for some reason; no air conditioning. Overall, it was O.K. The lack of an ironing board was annoying and the fact that management couldn't get one to me was even more so. I'll likely stay somewhere else next time. Otherwise, it might be good for a casual traveler.

Great stay! Perfect for us..

We really enjoyed our stay. The location, though not that close to a BART station, was perfect. Lots of great restaurants in all directions to walk to. The room was very nice, spacious with a spacious bathroom (note, there is no AC but the fan provided and an open window really helped) and comfortable, including the bed! We slept very well. The building is totally unassuming on the outside but very nicely appointed on the inside. The living room was very comfortable, we were happy to find a fridge with space for our use, utensils and a corkscrew. There is terrific wine and cheese shop next door, by the way. Nice to be able to store luggage in the luggage room following check out, though we didn't need it, it was nice to know that service was available. Note: there is not an elevator so if you have heavy luggage you'll get in a workout. The neighborhood does have homeless people sleeping in doorways and using the street as a bathroom. Careful where you walk. This was the first time we'd stayed in a Sonder property. It suited us very well, we'll look for them in other cities and certainly will return to this one.

Great location at this mostly updated rental. Easy to check in and out with keypad. Just wish it had air conditioning.
