Worst stay ever, had to vacate immediately

Felt cheated. Nothing as listed online. Rooms and cleanliness was so gross that we vacated the next morning and requested a refund for the next couple of days but never received a response.Scam!!!

Cute but small

A group of us stayed for the weekend, all coming together from other states, and had selected this Property. The on line pictures are both accurate and a bit decieving as we were very suprised how small all the rooms were in person, especially the common living room. Must be the camera lenses used. Beds were very comfortable and Sonder staff very helpful and accomodating. Building is in a convenient location as was very quiet. Noted Negatives: Bathrooms have small vanities with little area for counterspace. Both shower stalls have NO shelves, cubbies, or caddies to put soap and shampoo and have very slippery shower floors. A shower caddy or small table/stand (there is room) would be an easy and helpful addition. Both bathrooms also need additional hooks or rods to let towels air out and dry.

Clean place and ideal location

The property is couple of blocks from Michigan Avenue. Place was very clean and had a great view. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who is anning to travel to Chicago, especially for tourists.
