Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here (4 adults and one toddler). It was in the perfect location and the property itself was clean. Very easy to access and most things worked as described. We did not spend much time in the actual space except to sleep, so I cannot speak to amenities provided (e.g. kitchen appliances or equipment for cooking). We tried turning the TV on for Monday night football, but could not get the TV to work properly and could not cast from our phones as described in some of the instructions left by the TV. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. Clean place, nice location. Parking was easier than expected. We always found a paid space right up front.

An Honest Review

Giving you the Pros and Cons of this property! CONS: - this property has NO designated parking. If you are lucky you can park close to the VRBO- but most like you are walking several blocks to your car or spending extra money on an Uber. - The VRBO has dog hair everywhere!! It was all over the couch and chair in the living room and all in the dryer. Thankfully the beds were free of dog hair. I did a load of laundry while we were on our stay and had to rewash them due to dog hair being in the lint trap of the dryer. The furniture is also uncomfortable. - linens are provided but bring extra wash clothes, we only had 2 wash clothes for 6 people. - It is only 1.5 bathrooms. IT IS NOT A TWO BATHROOM. I called the company when we arrived to tell them about the VRBO description and the guy argued with me while I was on the phone with him. I’m hoping the description gets updated. - Customer service for this company is TERRIBLE!! I had a guy tell me he would call me back in 10 mins I waited 45 mins and finally called the company back just for them to tell me that they tried to call me and text me. Which was a complete lie. They never tried to contact me about the issues. - You share a porch with another VRBO listing- but it tells you that if you smoke on the porch it’s a $250 fine. But how are they going to determine who to charge? PROS: - You are in New Orleans - It’s right down the street from a really cute Cold Brew coffee shop - The shower is top notch

Looks good but is cheap

The place is nice and large, and for the low price i can't complain much. It is beautifully remodeled, AC worked great, shower is nice, just the door doesn't close properly and the shower heads need to be cleaned. The furniture is nice but cheap and not very functional. There is no method of clean drinking water, so bring some gallons. The kitchen has the bare minimum of utensils, so if you plan to cook for family check first. There is also only 1 TV in the living room and the couch is not a comfortable place to watch. All in all. Only a good stay for the cheap cost.
