Multiple issues with check in. Spent nearly an hour on the phone and waiting for the property manager to help us access the room.

Did not stay was left stranded with my child at night

We booked pre paid. Received a message that day that the checkin details would be forwarded In 3 days. We panicked . My husband left for home and my 8 yr old and I kept receiving messages to verify identity we attempted several times and the page refused to accept my husband tried from several devices and no luck, we were stranded with no hotel no phone number and our budget already reached ! I ended up having to pay for an expensive hotel last minute.we checked in late after spinning around the city trying to check in. Left several messages and received a call days later . Finally received a refund. Don’t bother the odds it may ruin your vacation is not worth it. The hotel is nice but it like a ‘rough’ clientele. Not safe for solo women or kids definitely. Not recommended sorry!

Review

The check in process was a little difficult. Finding good parking was hard because you can’t park on site. we found a good parking garage close by. Also getting into the building was a little confusing because the instructions didn’t specify to press a symbol after the code so we were stressed out. Once we got into the building and found our room everything was great.

Awful neighborhood but decent facilities

We saw some review that talked about being able to walk around and visit local shops and there is supposed to be a target right below the apartments. Well, the target is closing permanently and when we did go for a walk, my spouse’s life was threatened in the street because they happened to look at someone when we were trying to look around to see where the supposed shops were. Also, the advertised hot tub is hard to find and the website states you will get a fob to access it but there was no fob in our room and it took us until the next day to gain access. Disappointing because that was a key reason we chose the facility.
