This is a non-smoking property. There is no smoking or vaping allowed in the space, on balconies/patios, or in common areas.
We can only accept packages/mail for 30+ night reservations. Any packages/mail must be addressed to our central office at 2141 E Highland Ave., Ste. A150, Phoenix, AZ 85016. These can then be delivered to your room by a Sonder Employee or picked up in the same office during our business hours.
Paid parking ($15/night) is non-refundable and valid from check-in to check-out. You acknowledge and agree that Sonder is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur to your vehicle or possessions while parked at our facilities.
