Perfect for couples or families with children, you can walk right out from your lanai onto the putting green with easy access to the BBQ, pool area and the beach. For watersport enthusiasts, you have close access to the parking stall, a washing area, and ample room for equipment inside. Nice place

Perfect stay for me and my 2 teens. The extra amenities were nice (ice chest, beach chairs, umbrella). One thing to note is the room shares a wall with the garbage area so morning garbage pick-ups were noisy and woke us up. I still give 5 stars and would definitely stay again.

Beautifully done condo. Much nicer than I thought it would be. Excellent bed. Enjoyable pool, and great location. Loved having early breakfast on the groundfloor lanai everyday. Managers very thoughtful and in constant communication seeking to make sure everything was good.

We generally like to cook our own meals rather than eating out. This unit had a full-size refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, pots and pans, dishwasher and soaps. Outside the room were propane grills that were cleaned by staff daily, as well as swimming pool and hot tub. We enjoyed our stay.

Kihei rental

We had a great stay at our unit. We stayed for a month and had a nice time for our first time on the Kihei side of Maui. A nice walk on the grass to the beach front on the property. Any staff or maintenance people working around the property were very nice and friendly. Any time we had a question we received answers and communication right away. This unit is very well equipped for everything needed while on vacation. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Maui Getaway

Stayed for one week with my spouse and two kids. The location is great! Short walk across grass and you are on the beach! Walk about 20min south on the beach to see sea turtles at sunset and sunrise!!! But please say 20ft away - they are endangered species. Clearer, more public beaches a short drive away. The pullout couch was so-so… Rough sleeping for the kids. Queen bed was quite comfortable. You should know that the one bathroom is through the bedroom, so bedroom privacy is minimal. Lovely condo community with pool. Office only open 10am-4pm each day. Laundry facilities available for $. All around a great stay for our family!

All you need for your vacation

This condo and property is a great location in Kihei. The condo has a full kitchen and toiletries. There are also beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and a cooler to make the best out of your beach day. I had an issue of not being able to find the email with the door code so I tried to call Maui Condo and was sent to a voicemail a few times. The front desk cannot give you access info. After filtering through all of my messages I finally found the email and was able to get in. So favorite or forward the email to other members of your party or you may not get ahold of anyone. Also BE CAREFUL when leaving through the front door. It is very heavy and doesn’t close slowly. It slammed on my heel the second day we were there so I had a nice tender bruise on my heel.

Suite 122 let down

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the check in process was easy and friendly we did have a few issues with our suit. Cleanliness was a definite issue as it looked like it was not cleaned since Easter as we found chocolate Easter eggs under the bed. We had dead bugs on the floors as well as a few live ones. We also had some maintenance issues such as the patio doors would not open, the air conditioner sensor on the patio door was not fastened properly and the smoke detector was removed. The maintenance people did fix the smoke detector and the stuck patio door within 24hrs. One of the two beach chairs supplied was broken.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we had a very mixed experience with the property. It was right by the parking lot and attached to the main trash room. So a bit filthy and 3 times / week garbage collection comes around 6:30am-7am, which is a major noise. Also, we had 4 cockroaches in the property (probably from the trash area) and my wife asked us to move out of the property after the first few nights.

Good for the price

This is a mixed review that may seem more negative than positive, however, as stated in the title, it was definitely worth it for the bargain price! We traveled here with our family of 4, kids ages 12 and 14. Here you go: Pros: - Price! - Good central location - Spacious - Good inventory of kitchen supplies - parking was convenient - Quiet beach Cons: - Overall this property needs some TLC. It is apparent that the owners have not ensured supplies/inventory are up to date. - Pull-out couch mattress was paper thin, in no way usable. Thankful for air-mattress. - Advertising capacity of 4 people without enough beach towels or bath/hand towels. - Beach equipment: 1 of 2 umbrellas broken, 2 beach chairs broken. - Coin laundry: front office rarely available to supply coins - Front office with extremely odd/ unpredictable hours. - Pool gate with extremely long personalized codes, that only worked 50% of the time. - Bed linens are dated and not cleaned thoroughly, smell old. We had to do a large load on our 1st night stay. Overall, comfortable stay. Priced well for what you get. Just suggest an update and some TLC. Mahalo!

On behalf of Maui Condo & Home, we are truly sorry we were unable to fix any of these during your stay. We have searched our call logs, emails, and Vrbo messages for any traces of this communication, but were unable to find anything. It seems you endured these discrepancies without ever mentioning them or giving us an opportunity to correct them. We hope you were still able to enjoy your stay. However, I would like to address a few points of miscommunication. We spoke to each other upon your arrival and you were given a phone number to use throughout your stay if you were in need of assistance so we are very surprised we didn't hear from you. Furthermore, our owners are not required to provide you with beach towels or equipment, although they have since replaced these things and added more linens. Sometimes these linens are also in drawers and closets people do not open. The Front Office has the same reliable hours every single day, and they do also provide an on-property contact number should you need assistance. Lastly, while it seems very secure to have "personalized" pool codes, we would like to clarify that pool codes are the same for every guest and come from the property, and not our unit owners. All in all, we are SO pleased to report that this condo's owner has recently visited, added and replaced items, and taken great measures to make sure this unit is in mint condition. Very nice condo and lovely setting

The condo is very nicely appointed and really enjoyed the patio off both the living room and the bedroom. Beautiful plants and landscaping and a short walk across the lawn to the beach! The staff were friendly and helpful and the property is clean and well maintained. Plan to visit here again!
