Hawaii Life Vacations presents Royal Mauian Unit 509. This light, bright and completely remodeled one bedroom condo offers a full ocean view from the living room, kitchen and bedroom. AC and ceiling fans throughout to keep you cool and fully stocked with all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
The bedroom has a queen bed, A/C, ceiling fan, TV and ocean views.
The living room has A/C, ceiling fan, couch that folds out to a sofa bed, smart TV and exceptional ocean views as well as high speed WiFi throughout.
The kitchen is fully stocked and upgraded with stainless steel appliances for cooking meals with ease as well as bar seating for 3. Additional dining seating for 4 on the private lanai.
The beautifully updated bathroom offers a walk in shower and there is a full size washer/dryer in the closet of the hall.
The Royal Mauian condo complex is located in central Kihei town, right on the beach and just across the street from many shopping and dining options. It is a very convenient location for exploring the island and enjoying all that Kihei has to offer in just a few steps.
The oceanfront pool is heated and there are BBQ grills available for guest use at the roof top garden.

Nicest in Royal Mauian

We've stayed in many of the Royal Mauian's units and this one is probably the nicest one we've stayed in. The unit has everything you'll need for the beach.The kitchen is well equipped. Kristin and Robert made everything easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Week in Maui!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I had an amazing week in Kihei. The condo location is fantastic and the views are incredible. We saw whales breaching and amazing sunsets from the Lanai each day. We also enjoyed the roof top grills and seating area. Amazing experience and will certainly rent this unit again.

Wonderful stay

We love the Royal Mauian and this unit was fantastic. Beautiful views and very close to the water . Unit is in great shape and had everything we needed. Would stay here again anytime.

Beautiful unit in perfect location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is beautifully decorated with the perfect view looking right over the ocean and down the beach. Also the location of the building is perfectly located in central Kihei with really superb restaurants and coffee shops literally across the road. The building itself is older but is managed incredibly well and the grounds are beautifully manicured. You also can't beat the weather here in Kihei ! Our next 7 day stop was Kapalua and the weather was windy, overcast and rain pretty much all the time. Ended up coming back to Kihei on some days to get the good weather. Every little thing was thought of in this unit, towels, beach chairs, welcome basket - absolutely awesome. The one and only issue we had, which really wasn't an issue for us, but the units are smaller and there is literally no closet space, bar small space to hang a few items. There are no drawers/shelves to pack away your clothing so we literally lived out of our suitcases in the living room. Being it was just my husband and myself, it didn't matter to us, but this may an issue for some. The unit we moved to later in Kapalua was huge - and weirdly also had absolutely no shelves to unpack our clothes -only hanging space. Maybe this is a thing in Hawaii, I'm not sure but I did find it odd. But staying in this particular unit was wonderful due to the well thought out upgrades. We have such a lovely time and would absolutely be back.
