This 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo will accommodate up to 4 people with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen pull-out sofa in the living room. The kitchen opens up to the living and dining area and is a great place to entertain, and the patio is perfect for watching whales breach in season. Bamboo lines the bottom of the kitchen counter and pineapples are carved into the back of the dining chairs. The tropical accents complement the soft colors and modern furnishings. Situated on the sixth floor, this unit provides an exceptional view of the Pacific Ocean and West Maui Mountains.

A great location!!!!

I loved the location of this condo. Great walking to the beaches and the walking paths. The view is wonderful, the unit was perfect size for us.

Great condo in a fantastic location

This place was perfect and so was the location. We were able to walk to shopping, swimming, snorkeling and dining locations daily. The property was so well maintained. Loved sitting on the lanai every morning drinking my coffee. The condo was also very well stocked. Used the beach chairs and beach towels to enjoy the beach just steps away. I highly recommend this condo if you are looking to stay in Kihei.

The place was nice and quiet. Kitchen accessories i.e. pots & pans, storage containers, etc. could be updated. Overall, for our short visit it did the job. I would stay again.

The view was amazing. The condo was clean and provided filtered water. We didnt use the pool or bbq, but loved walking on the path and saw huge turtles. Also saw whales. It was a wonderful stay.

Winter Whale Watching from the Lanai

It was well apportioned with dishes and cookware. A king sized bed in the bedroom and more bath towels along with additional beach gear- umbrella / towels would have topped it for us. Maui Condo management provided great communication and follow up. We would stay again.

Access to unit is good however info given by Maui condo for wifi access is totally incorrect. After hours contact (Daniel) was able to send tech support same evening. Bathroom fixtures handles about to fall off. Only 1 beach towel provided. Some dishes had food residue everything had to be cleaned. Follow up with property manager after confusion with wifi access and supplies if sufficient would have been nice.

Outdated, poorly maintained unit

1. Master bathroom tub/shower was disgusting. Rust/mold stains in the grout, shower handle fell off when we turned on shower. Bathroom fan was super noisy.2. Big stains on living room carpet.3. Everything about this unit is cheap, from the bathroom/kitchen fixtures, appliances, counter tops, dressers, etc. Positive: good location, good nearby beach, good beach toys/chairs/towels, good parking, well stocked kitchen. Mostly because of the disgusting/noisy bathroom, we would not stay in this unit again or recommend it to anyone.

Pricey

The view and location are great! The cleanliness should have been better. We would expect that the windows would be cleaned and clear or at least some window cleaner so the guests could have the option to clean them. But why should the guests have to clean? The lanai floor filthy, dusty furniture filled with sand. Dirty bathroom rugs and carpet in the living room. The couch could use a cleaning too. No beach towels. Very odd. Suggestion would be for a table and chairs that are bar style so you could enjoy the fabulous view better instead of through the railing. Mahalo.

We had NO advance notice on the construction and noise. AND we will be back again!

From the pictures we saw on , and the reviews, it seemed like it would be a beautiful property. And while the location itself is stunning, the property left a lot to be desired. First off, there is NO AC, which is NOT noted on the profile page for this property. They sneakily say "ceiling fans" under a buried section in the description, which is somehow supposed to convey that there is not AC in the unit. When we brought this up to management when we checked in, they declined to refund us and we were forced to remain for 6 sleepless nights due to the temp in our room being close to 90 degrees every night. Needless to say, we never would have booked our stay here without AC. Additionally, the carpets were dirty and stained, the plastic cookware in the kitchen was cheap and melted in some cases, the bedding old, and the overall condition of the unit was pretty run down. Sad to say, but until they upgrade their units, I would stay away.

2 major plumbing issues which should have been noted/fixed before rented. Very very dirty - including (gross) stained bath towels, dirty floors, dirty walls, dirty curtains. Tub/shower old-peeling Absolutely do not recommend.

Beautiful View

This top floor condo has an excellent view and a nice size lanai for 2 people. The condo is simple yet has what you need. It's quieter, because it's futher off the road than some other condos. The complex is well taken care of which includes a nice size pool. There are sandy beaches right below and great walking either on the beach or Kihei Road. So if you don't mind a walk you wouldn't need a car for resturants, shopping or various beaches. Kihei is central to scenic fun destinations so maybe you do want a car.

This unit was very dirty and had large stains in the carpet. The windows were filthy.

This unit was very dirty and had a lot of stains on the carpet in the living room. The lanai windows we cannot see out of so we call the property management. They did send someone over but we were told that they needed a manlift to clean them so we took a large mop head from the closet and washed most of them ourselves. Quarterfield the dishes in the unit were also dirty and I would definitely recommend renting from someone other than Maui Condo And Home‘s management company. I’ve been staying in Surfside for 10+ years and never quite encounter this before. The new pool was very nice and the lawn was exceptional as always!!

Great Condo and Location

We love the Kihei Surfside area and being able to hit the beach each morning for a long walk. Great snorkeling with lots of fish and turtles. Comfortable unit, friendly people, conch ceremony each night at sunset. A large grassy area with tons of lounges for those that don’t want to hit the beach and want to enjoy the ocean, read, play putt putt golf. The only drawback to this complex is the lack of parking.

The door code we were given did not work!!!!!............took several phone calls to speak to someone , not good!!!!!!. The draws in the bedroom were full of used ladies underwear , not good!!!!!!!!

The property was not newly furnished or remodeled. The living room ceiling fan was broken, there was no air conf so ceiling fans with variable speeds are essential, the master bath tub doors are old and rusty, the amenities are of low quality, the kitchen cooking pans were well used, and there were no beach towels. The view was amazing. It was very disappointing to not receive a newly furnished condo as published. The furniture appeared old and well used. The linens were cheap quality. No regard by the owner to provide nice items for the price.
