This BRAND NEW home is perfect for your ideal vacation, comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, You will love the tropical swimming pool, meandering lazy river, children’s water playground and splash pad this amazing resort offers
1st floor:

Bedroom 4: Full and 2 twin beds (one twin and bunk with full and twin)
POOL heating :
Please note, pool/spa heating is not available for a portion of a reservation, only for the entire stay at $40 per night

VEHICLE LIMITS
6 vehicles per Retreat home are permitted. (This limit does not include deliveries or ride share dropoffs.)
All guests driving on the premises must be pre-registered and listed in the gate-access application by the owner or property manager.
RIDE SHARE SERVICES
At minimum one (1) guest via ride-share services such as Uber, Lyft or commercial taxi must be registered for entry. Additionally, ride share drivers are required to present a valid driver's license or government-issued ID to gain entry to ChampionsGate. Guests not listed in the gate-access
application must leave the entry area of the gatehouse and contact the management company or property owner they rented the house from.
