This charming place is in an ideal spot for anyone who wants to be close to everything, as well as it having a beautiful view of the lake, it is walking distance to restaurants, shops and entertainment around.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, each with their own ensuite. The master bedroom has a king bed, with floor to ceiling window looking out over the lake. The second bedroom has a queen bed, with a sliding door connecting to the outdoor lounge area. The third bedroom has a super king bed, that can be split into two king-single beds.
The apartment contains two lounge areas, one indoor and one outdoor. The outdoor lounge is fully covered, with glass railing on the sides as well. It has a fireplace, sofa set, BBQ and dining table. The indoor lounge has a luxury sofa, TV and fireplace as well. The kitchen is also fully self-contained with a fridge, oven and dishwasher for nights in. There is a laundry with a washer/dryer and sink as well.
