Large Sunny Holiday Home

Large five bedroom holiday home situated only 2.5km from Wanaka Township, 5 minutes walk to Bremner Bay and Eely Point, a popular location for boat launching.

This sunny home has recently been renovated and redecorated with new carpet being layed November 2023. The lounge/living area has large bifold doors opening out on to a sunny deck that is a sun trap. The inside area contains a large log fire with heat transfer unit. All 5 of the bedrooms have queen beds, the fifth has 2 single beds aswell as the queen bed. We encourage our guests to bring their own linen (sheets pillowcases and towels) however if this is not possible we can provide them for $150 this includes the washing. If you are wanting to hire our linen we ask that this additional charge be paid directly to me to cover the linen laundering costs. I can provide those details once you have booked. The master bedroom has an ensuite. There are 3 bathrooms servicing the 5 bedrooms.

This home consists of a modern well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, a large living area with separate dining. A conservatory provides a relaxing space, catching all day sun. Bathrooms each contain a shower and toilet, en suite upstairs also has a bath.

A large park situated over the road provides plenty of space for recreation. The house is also equipped with a large plasma television and sky t.v, a gas barbeque, and ample off street parking.

This home is an ideal getaway sleeping 11/12 people with ample living areas and all the comforts of home.
