Lovely Haussmann Flat - Quartier Latin

One bedroom flat located in the heart of Paris; quartier Latin, Jardin des Plantes and few minutes away from the river the Seine. The flat is on the 4th floor, with lift, view to the courtyard so absolutely no noise. The metro station is down in the street, as well as bakery, brasserie, rental car, supermarket and pharmacy. The apartment is fully furnished; TV, internet, washing machine (...) French, English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian spoken. Located in the « Quartier Latin » the apartment is typical Parisian cosy flat in a stone building, there is timber flooring, marble cheminee in each room, a separated kitchen (in case you feel cooking fish :-), and most important a window in each room including the bathroom and kitchen which makes it very bright all day long...
Finally, while being in the busy center neighborhood, the apartment is facing the courtyard, so there is no noise from the street.

Convenient and comfortable

Renting this property was seamless. Our host Dani kept us informed with regular updates of the check in and check out processes. She always promptly responded to any questions and allowed us to check in a bit earlier as our flight arrived early in the morning so we were very appreciative of that. The apartment was comfortable and well set up. It was in a great location very close to metro stations, cafes and sites. We had an amazing stay.

So great, I stayed here again in 2023!

I loved Dani’s place so much I came back and stayed at it again for my trip back to Paris in 2023. The apartment is great for a solo traveler or couple and you are in a great neighborhood with 4 metro lines near you and nice access to CDG airport and even Disneyland Paris from the apartment . I like the little upgrades Dani added as well to the apartment, those little details make a difference. The place is great, because Dani is a great host who always shows they care, and is always there to help out when needed. Thanks Again Dani! Charlie

Good location/nice size/could be cleaner

Enjoyed the location of the flat (close to bus/train) and it was comfortable and a good size for 2 persons. The flat could use a “deep” clean (corners, shower, baseboards and walls). The mattress was okay…almost time for a new one. There were a lot of fruit flies in the kitchen.

Home away from Home!

Staying at Dani’s place was perfect for our time in Paris. It was so nice to come home to a comfortable and pleasant place each day. There were cafés, markets, and metro stops nearby so we had everything we needed. Dani was always available, patient, and helpful to answer any questions we had. We had a wonderful time and are planning on returning soon. Thanks Dani!
