Enjoyable reunion home
Great place for a large family get together. Plenty of bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms, which was really convenient for our large family.
Nice community, with great pool, gym and clubhouse. Close enough to Rehoboth for fun, sun and dining. Neighbors were very nice too.
Grill outback needs to be cleaned or could become a fire hazard. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a while.
Also some dining chairs outside were weathered and ripping - property manager said this would be fixed for future guests.
There was a humidifier plugged in to the breaker box that kept tripping the plugs in the bathrooms to stop working. Once we figured that out, we unplugged it and then the bathroom outlets worked fine.
Rooms/bathrooms could use additional hooks for towels/bathing suits.
We definitely appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with appliances (toaster, blenders etc), plates, pots and pans and some spices (although we brought our own). We have stayed at places that didn't have some of these things, so it was nice to have all these things already there.
