Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 8 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

BEAUTIFUL CABIN IN THE HEART OF BIG BEAR!

This fantastic home has it all! Very close to the lake at Metcalf Bay, National Forest hiking trails, and just minutes to the Village. Located on a nearly 10,000 square foot lot in the treetops. This is it! Spectacular Meadow & Forest views, surrounded by big pines. Relax and enjoy the views of nature's beauty. A short drive to the ski slopes, Snow Play, and Oktoberfest. This cabin has older furnishings and decor and is a rental intended for those who are fine with a more rustic, older home.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1600+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a king bed and queen bed. Upstairs second bedroom has a king bed. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - A foosball table, smart TVs with cable and streaming apps, along with fast Wi-Fi. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Patio furniture and gas barbecue. Enjoy a warm cup of coffee from the front deck or soak in nature from the back deck with a large fully fenced backyard.

Nice cabin for a weekend away

We really enjoyed our short stay at Ned's Snow Fun property. The cabin is in a nice location that's easy to find and it was clean and well supplied. Great place for a small group or family.
