立地は良かったですが、清掃状況は最悪でした
立地は良かったですが、清掃状況は最悪でした。
・電灯にホコリが溜まっている
・隙間にホコリ、ゴミが落ちている
・床が汚れている
・クローゼットが整理されていない
特にエアコンが最悪状態に汚く、数年間一度も清掃されていない様子だった。
暖房を入れても全く暖まらないためフィルターを外したところ、見たこと無いほどホコリが山積していた。
掃除機で清掃すると暖まった。
以前の宿泊者はどうしていたのか…
「夜景がキレイ」を謳っていてそれはそうなのだが、
肝心の窓が汚い。
その他、全体的に取れない汚れもあったりして衛生面が最悪でした。
清掃者を指導する、変える、ハウスクリーニングを入れる等、
改善したほうが良いです。
Wi-Fiもあるが、固定回線ではないため、1日に使える上限が500MBです。
今どき少なすぎる…
部屋での作業を予定している方は注意が必要です。
