Good experience

I had a very good experience in my unit. My sister did not have as good of experience. She had a unit in the building beside me and it was a nightmare from day 1. There were major plumbing problems and she spent 3 days of her vacation dealing with the managers to getting it fixed. Then her last day they came back to work in it more and interrupted her day of relaxing in her unit before she had to go home.

We're sorry to hear about your sister's negative experience during her stay. Plumbing problems can indeed be very disruptive, especially when they persist for several days and impact the enjoyment of one's vacation. It's unfortunate that she had to spend time dealing with these issues instead of relaxing and enjoying her time away. We hope that despite the inconvenience, she was able to find some moments of relaxation and enjoyment during her stay. If she hasn't already, it might be worth reaching out to the property management to express her concerns.
