Perfect for families

Our stay was great! The house was lovely, very clean and neat. Amazing location, not too far from shops or the beach and very easy to find. The ourdoor area was lovely and a really nice spot for us all to relax and enjoy. Very homely and welcoming space, we really enjoyed it - thank you for sharing your home! Only negatives were not having hot water for the first 24hours, which we contacted host about and did get a quick response. This was more just bad luck due to timing and previous guests. Also, the house really is only 3 bedrooms, so the other two beds are fold out couches (in two different lounge rooms), which could be okay for a couple of nights but not the most comfortable stay for 6 nights. This was mentioned in the booking but not something we thought too much about prior to arriving.

Family Time

We had two families spend time together for Christmas in Papamoa. Good size house, great outdoor living area with spa, quiet as it backs onto a reserve and off street parking. Would recommend having your holiday away here.

Papamoa Beauty

This was the perfect property for our family vacation. The house has plenty of room, a lovely outdoor sitting and dining area and all the amenities that you require. It is in a fabulous location, close to the beach and backing on to a nature reserve. We enjoyed the walks on the numerous trails and had an awesome lunch at the Blue Bijou. Grocery stores and restaurants were nearby. Zoe responded to our requests immediately. I would highly recommend staying here.

Awesome getaway

Zoe’s property was perfect for a gateway. The house was set up beautifully and had everything you need. We especially loved the outdoor area with the dining, pool, hot tub, hammock and sofas. The location is great with a short walk to the beach and the reserve as your back garden. Would highly recommend.

We love sharing our super fun and relaxing space to other families during the holiday season when we head out to explore New Zealand and visit family and friends.

We offer everything a family needs for a home away from home. Lots of board games, DVDs, Video games, Netflix etc as well as a large entertaining area and all the comforts of home. You will struggle to leave except for the fact there are so many fun things to do nearby, and one of New Zealand's most stunning white sand beach just a few minutes stroll away.

What makes this property unique

No neighbours on two sides give you an uninterrupted view of the waterways which makes for a stunning natures retreat. Lie in the sun and enjoy the relaxing sounds of nature.
