Welcome to Landhaus Eichenbaum, your home away from home. Come ready to relax and enjoy the beautiful Texas Hill Country plus all that the Fredericksburg area has to offer. Located 5 miles north of town on the way to Enchanted Rock State Natural Area, you'll love this 3 bedroom home complete with brand new resort-style pool and hot tub, multiple outdoor lounging areas, indoor and outdoor games, and fully loaded kitchen, all located on 5 private acres.

LOCATION - 6 miles north of Main Street off Ranch Road 965
HOSTS - Quiet, private home to yourselves located on 5.5 acres
SLEEPS - Up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms; 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom & 1 bedroom with twin bunk beds
BATH - 2 baths; both baths have bathtub/shower combos
KITCHEN - Fully-equipped kitchen w/ a traditional coffeemaker
BREAKFAST - None; coffee & tea provided
AMENITIES - 42” flat Smart TV w/ Direct TV & Roku, DVD player (x-box), front porch with rockers, large backyard with a 50' pool, hot tub (unavailable in June, July, and August), pergola area w/ seating, wood burning firepit, hammock, a deck w/ a dining table, comfy seating, gas grill, charcoal grill (charcoal not provided), washer/dryer, fully fenced property

Things to know:
*The hot tub is unavailable in June, July, and August. Please also be aware that during the months that the hot tub is available, that the hot tub only runs from 8 am to 11 pm.
*There is an additional nightly pet fee of $54/night (before tax). Furthermore, please bring a crate for your dog and crate it in your absence from the house, do not allow the dog on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of its waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation.

Please Note: You are renting a cabin in the Hill Country which means you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will be visible.

We had a great time, I must say the house has EVERYTHING you need! It was perfect for our children, the house has a kids room with tons of toys and books. Best part is the house is secluded so it was a very peaceful stay. Will be booking again before the end of summer :)

Great getaway house.

We loved this house. It’s fully stocked. Has everything we needed to make home cooked meals. The pool is amazing. That’s where we spent most of our time. I personally enjoyed the hammock in the backyard. This house feels like you’re the only one in the neighborhood. Quiet area. Enjoyed watching the deer during the day and the stars at night. A short drive from Main Street.

Our family had a wonderful 5 night stay at this lovely hill country location close to Fredericksburg. We visited several shops and restaurants in Fredericksburg and even made an afternoon visit to Luckenbach Outdoor Bar. We cooked some meals at the home and spent every evening at the gorgeous, private pool. We sighted deer close by in the morning and evening close to the home. Overall, it was a very enjoyable, relaxing location.

Incredible place!

My wife and I visited for a much needed weekend getaway just the two of us. This house was perfect! Far enough out of town to be in the country but close enough for a quick trip back into town! We cooked steaks out on the grill and never the left the pool all day! Most comfortable bed ever! Will definitely return!

Secluded Hideaway Close to Town

We enjoyed our stay very much! The outdoor space is perfect- fabulous pool, nice view, hammocks, grill, fire pit, etc. The kitchen is well-equipped with spices and cookware if you want to stay in and enjoy the seclusion, but all Fredericksburg has to offer is just a short five minute drive down the road. We truly did not want to leave!
