Brand new, built in 2021, this ideal centrally located cozy home right in the heart of Meridian & Nampa Idaho is equipped with 1 master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, an 2nd private room with another King Bed and a 3rd private room with 1 Queen bed with a full bathroom located between the 2nd and 3rd rooms and half bathroom located on the main level additionally for those extra sleepers we provide a air mattress and a portable crib, you will also enjoy a living room, a fully stocked kitchen and dining bar with seating for 6.

Come enjoy an unbeatable stay in this home and enjoy full access to all amenities such as brand new stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, private access and best of all - top of the line Tempur Pedic mattresses with white hotel-grade linens in all rooms to ensure that each member of your group has the most comfortable quality of sleep.

In the main level living area you can kick back and enjoy a 70" Roku Smart TV, equipped with all of your favorite streaming needs of Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime video and so much more.

We have a coded door lock so no interaction with the host is necessary. Come and go as you please, we are friendly people and are happy to interact and answer questions or requests should you need or want anything. We are available via the platforms message system or text at any time!

This beautiful home is tucked away in a private family friendly neighborhood, two minutes away from Walmart.

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.

Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below

Pet Policy:

Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.

Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.

Our rental property location was arbitrarily changed on July 2nd which I thought might be a good thing since the new property included a fenced yard. Turned out to be a disaster. Upon arrival we discovered no toilet paper in the master bathroom, very little tp in the other bathrooms, and no surplus provided. No soap or body wash was provided in either shower and the shower curtain liners were dirty and moldy. The garage was full of trash which we were expected to take out the following day. Bottle caps were strewn throughout the garage and backyard. Bottle caps had been put in the garbage disposal. Kudos to Ken who responded to our concerns promptly. The last night of our stay put the capper on the visit with the air conditioning going out. Definitely not a stellar property. Very disappointing since we have used Vrbo many times and we’re always completely satisfied.
